Champlain Consulting Engineers is a general civil and structural engineering consulting firm located in the Malletts Bay area of Colchester, Vermont. Gregory Bombardier, P.E. founded the firm in 1989, and Paul Duchesneau, P.E. joined as co-principal in 1996.

The firm’s business philosophy is to provide clients with personal, experienced consulting services through direct contact with the company’s principals. Throughout every project, we remain sensitive to our clients’ time and budget limitations.

Champlain Consulting Engineers currently has a full time staff of eight: four engineers, three engineering technicians and one office/marketing manager. The principals have more than 45 years of combined experience in foundation and structural design, site planning, water supply and sanitary sewer design, construction review services, and permitting.
